I might try running again
I hate running. Running is awful. I’m a swimmer. But the closest lap pool is half an hour way… along with the closest gym.
I miss having the collegiate rec 5 minutes away
ugh I HATE RUNNING
But I’m just tired of not liking my body.
Started drinking half a gallon of water a day. Hopefully when I switch birth controls all of this will pay off. I see a dietician in a week. Hopefully she doesn’t blow me off just because I’m 19 and my bmi is healthy. I just want parameters. Caloric intake, how much veggies, etc. Just give me the rules and I’ll follow them.
So half an hour of running a day when I don’t ride. Let’s try that.
